Every Switch Trust plan includes every feature: security scans, evaluations, red-teaming, and guardrails. What changes between plans is how many agents you can put under management. The Plans & billing page shows your current plan, how much of its allowance you’re using, and your payment details and invoices. To open it, select Settings, then under Admin select Plans & billing.

Plans

  • Free: Up to 5 managed agents, with email support. No trial and no card required.
  • Standard: Up to 20 managed agents, with email support. Billed monthly by card.

What counts as a managed agent

An agent becomes managed the first time Switch Trust does one of these for it: Agents you only discover by scanning a repository or cloud account don’t count, however many you have. An agent stays managed once it counts. Disconnecting it, or not using it for a while, doesn’t free up its place in your allowance. The count covers your whole organization. It appears at the top of Switch Trust as managed agents, and on the Plans & billing page as agents under management.

When you reach your limit

Agents that are already managed carry on as normal. A new agent can’t become managed until you upgrade. Where you would otherwise connect it, Switch Trust shows a banner saying you’ve reached the limit, with a link to upgrade. For an agent that isn’t managed:
  • Evaluations don’t run. A run for the agent is refused with a plan-limit message.
  • Guardrails aren’t applied. Requests still reach the model unchecked, and Switch Trust doesn’t record them as sessions.
Discovery isn’t limited. You can keep scanning and adding discovered agents to your inventory on any plan.

Upgrade to Standard

1

Open the plan comparison

On the Plans & billing page, select Upgrade!. The Upgrade your plan page opens.
2

Choose Standard

Under Standard, select Upgrade to Standard. Switch Trust opens a secure checkout page, powered by Stripe.
3

Enter your card and subscribe

Enter your card details, then select Subscribe.
When the payment goes through, Switch Trust shows You’re all set and your new allowance is active right away. The Plans & billing page then shows Standard plan with its renewal date.

Downgrade to Free

A downgrade doesn’t take effect until the end of your current billing cycle. Your Standard plan runs until then and doesn’t renew. Any invoice that’s already open still needs to be paid.
1

Open the plan comparison

On the Plans & billing page, select Manage plan.
2

Choose Free

Under Free, select Downgrade to Free, then select Downgrade to Free again to confirm.
Switch Trust shows Downgrade scheduled, and the change takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. If you change your mind and want to stay on Standard, open Manage plan and select Keep my Standard Plan before then.

What happens to agents over the Free allowance

When the downgrade takes effect, Switch Trust keeps the managed agents that most recently had an evaluation run or a request checked by guardrails, up to the Free allowance, and switches the rest off. Other activity in Switch Trust, such as viewing an agent or scanning, doesn’t affect which agents stay. You can’t choose them yourself. A switched-off agent is treated like any agent that isn’t managed. Its evaluations don’t run, and its requests reach the model without guardrails and without being recorded. Its page says This agent was disabled by a plan change. Its past sessions, findings, and evaluation results stay visible. Upgrading again switches agents back on, in the same order, up to the new allowance.

Update your payment method

The Payment details section shows the card type, the last four digits of the card number, and when the card expires. You enter card details on a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe, and Switch Trust never stores the full card number.
  1. Select Update.
  2. Enter the new card details on the secure checkout page and save them.
The new card is used for future invoices. If an invoice is waiting for payment, Switch Trust retries it with the new card.

View and download invoices

The Billing history section lists every invoice with its date, number, amount, and status. Select View to open an invoice, where you can download the invoice and the receipt, or select the download icon to save it directly. If an invoice is unpaid, its row shows Pay invoice instead of View. Select it and enter a card. Switch Trust saves the card and retries the invoice with it.

If a payment fails

If a card payment fails, Switch Trust shows a Payment failed banner across the app, and the plan card shows Past due. Select Update payment method in the banner to add a working card. Your plan and your agents carry on as normal while the payment is retried. If the retries run out without a successful payment, your organization moves to Free at the end of the billing cycle, and the plan card shows the date. Agents over the Free allowance are then switched off, as they are for any downgrade.

Who can manage billing

Only an Org Admin can change the plan, update the payment method, or pay an invoice. Payment details and Billing history appear only for an Org Admin. Anyone else in the organization can open the Plans & billing page to see the current plan and how many managed agents it’s using. If a payment fails, they see a prompt to contact an Org Admin.
