## General

<Accordion title="Where do I find my Switch Trust API key?">
  You create API keys in Switch Trust, and each token is shown only once, when you create it.

  1. Go to **Settings**, then under **Admin** select **API keys**.
  2. Select **Create key**, then name it, choose its role, and set an expiration.
  3. Select **Create key** again to generate the token, then copy it right away — it isn't shown again.

  Reaching this page needs the **Editor** role or higher. You'll need this key to configure the GitHub Action, the GitLab component, and the SDK.
